Near the border between Israel and Lebanon is a natural rock formation known as the ראש הנקרה (Rosh HaNikra), or the “Head of the Grottos.” Years upon years of the Mediterranean Sea waters washing up against the cliff in this region has eroded pathways creating these tunnel-like structures.
